  14.   musical recording) EXCEPT that you may (a) make one copy of the
  15.   Software solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) transfer
  16.   the Software to a single hard disk provided you keep the original
  17.   solely for backup or archival purposes.

  19.   This product is not freeware.  It requires the user to pay a registration
  20.   fee in order to continue use.  The receiver of the software is granted a

  24.   4) No Other Warranties.  Except as expressly stated herein, the
  25.   Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.

  29.   respect to the Software, and the accompanying written materials.
  30.   You, the user, bear all risk relating to the quality and

  33.   5) No liability for Consequential Damages.  In no event shall
  34.   WinWear or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever
  35.   (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business
  36.   profits, business interruption, loss of business information or

  38.   use this WinWear product, even if WinWear has been advised
  39.   of the possibility of such damages.  Because some states do not
  40.   allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential
  41.   or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

  43.   6) U.S. Government Restricted Rights.  The Software and
  44.   documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS.  Use,
  45.   duplication or disclosure by the Government is subject to

  47.   Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS
  48.   252.227-7013 or Subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial

  65.   WindowMagic is a utility that will let you easily assign an Icon to
  66.   the Program Mangers Group or Application Icons. It also has a very
  67.   useful Quick Launch feature that allows you to launch a program 
  68.   from a minimized group.  WindowMagic uses a drag & drop icon 
  69.   management interface to make icon customization quick, easy and fun.

  71.   WindowMagic 1.1 now contains a ToolBar Facility.  This facility allows
  72.   you to create a free floating tool bar from a program manager group.

  77.   NOTE: If you are using WindowMagic 1.0 please disable the program
  78.         before installing the new version.

  80.   1) Select the startup group from the program manager.

  82.   2) Select the [File] menu selection from the program manager, then 
  83.      choose the [New] and [Program Item] options from the displayed menu
  84.      and dialogs.

  86.   3) Type in the full path name where WindowMagic was installed  
  87.      I.E. C:\WMAGIC\WMAGIC.EXE

  89.   A. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the file names wwexit.exe and pwprnit.exe
  90.      I.E. C:\wmagic\wwexit.exe   and C:\wmagic\pwprnit.exe

  92.   4) Save your new item by clicking on the OK button.

  94.   5) Quit and restart Windows to activate the program, or double
  95.      click on the new icon in the startup group.

  101.   WindowMagic uses a simple drag and drop interface.  To use the utility
  102.   select the [WindowMaigc] item from the Program Managers menu.  
  103.  
  104.   1. Select [WindowMagic]
  105.         You will be presented with a popup menu of all available choices
  106.         for WindowMagic.  Select "View Icon Palette" and then choose
  107.         an .EXE,.DLL or .WMP file.  Hint: try a .WMP first. The WMP file
  108.         is located in the directory that you unzipped the program in.
  109.  
  110.   2. The icons stored in the file you have choosen will be presented in 
  111.      a paletteized form.  Simply click and hold the left mouse button when 
  112.      the cursor is over an icon you wish to use. Now drag the icon over a 
  113.      Program Manager group or Application icon and release.  
  114.      (The cursor will change from a circle/slash to a B&W icon 
  115.      when it is over a valid drop area.)

  117.   3. Once you get the hang of dragging and dropping icons, try Creating your 
  118.      own Icon Palette.  With WindowMagic you can Import Icons from just about 
  119.      anywhere. Place several palettes on the screen and you're ready for 
  120.      hours of fun selecting, collecting, and mixing your own icon libraries!

  138.                    Icon associated with the group or program.  Drag and
  139.                    Drop function on the bars. Quick Access is also available
  140.                    from the tool bars.

  145.                    Try it: click and hold your right mouse button over
  146.                    a minimized group icon. Select your favorite program and
