  5.   Print this file to the printer by typing at the DOS prompt:

  7.   COPY /b d:ORDERFRM.TXT PRN:

  9.   where "d:" is replaced by the disk drive and directory location of
  10.   the ORDERFRM.TXT file.
  11.  
  12.   Fill out the form completely to ensure that your order is processed 
  13.   correctly.

  16.   Site Licenses

  18.   Prices listed on the Order Form are for low quantity orders. Site licenses 
  19.   are available at a significantly reduced cost. Site License fees are
  20.   applicable to any one company location; and include one complete package of
  21.   software and documentation, and free updates. To order a Site License,
  22.   write the word "Site" in the Quantity column followed by the number of
  23.   users to license.

  35.   To use the order form without envelope, simply Z-fold at the lines 
  36.   indicated, so that the folded form appears similar to the letter Z, with 
  37.   the address panel in front and all other printing hidden. See figure below.
