  1. SimSynth sound synthesizer. It allows you to
  2. create new sounds. SimSynth does for sound
  3. what a paint program does for graphics.
  4. SimSynth generates RIFF wave format files,
  5. (.WAV files), which can be played from a
  6. Windows compatible wave device, or converted
  7. for use in DOS applications.
