  21. you folks.  Included is an excerpt from the ReadMe file in the archive.

  29.      This is a 3.0 datatype for PCX files - version 39.2.  This version
  30. fixes two nasty problems with 39.1:
  31.  
  32. 1) Mark/Copy to clipboard did not function correctly. This bug
  33.    may have caused other hidden problems.
  34.  
  35. 2) Correctly handles PCX files of LESS than 16 colors.
