  158. <p/>VisiTrax Lite Product License<p/>
  159.  
  160. VisiTrax Lite is the "freeware" version of VisiTrax.  You are 
  161. granted the limited, non-exclusive right to install and use any 
  162. number of copies of VisiTrax Lite, with no expiration date, 
  163. provided that you remain in compliance with all terms and 
  164. conditions of this License Agreement. <p/>
  165.  
  166. <p/>VisiTrax Standard Edition Product License<p/>
  167.  
  168. VisiTrax Standard Edition is the commercial version of VisiTrax.  
  169. For each assigned and authorized software key, you are granted the 
  170. limited, non-exclusive right to install and use VisiTrax Standard 
  171. Edition (and any future revision thereof) on a single computer for 
  172. as long as said key remains valid.  You may permit any number of 
  173. individuals to use VisiTrax Standard Edition on said single 
  174. computer; however, you agree to treat each assigned key as 
  175. confidential and protect it from disclosure to others. <p/>
  176.  
  177. Your assigned software key(s) shall be considered invalid 
  178. immediately upon termination of this Agreement as set forth herein. <p/>
  179.  
  180. <p/>Termination<p/>
  181.  
  182. This Agreement shall immediately and automatically terminate 
  183. without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of 
  184. this Agreement.  You agree upon termination to promptly cease use 
  185. of the Software Product and to destroy all copies thereof. <p/>
  186.  
  187. <p/>Export Restrictions<p/>
  188.  
  189. You agree that neither you nor your customers intend to or will, 
  190. directly or indirectly, export or transmit any portion of this 
  191. Software Product to any country to which such export or 
  192. transmission is restricted by any applicable U.S. regulation or 
  193. statute, without the prior written consent, if required, of the 
  194. Bureau of Export Administration of the U.S. Department of Commerce, 
  195. or such other governmental entity as may have jurisdiction over 
  196. such export or transmission. <p/>
  197.  
  198. <p/>United States Government Restricted Rights<p/>
  199.  
  200. VisiTrax and its documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS.  
  201. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to 
  202. restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights 
  203. in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-
  204. 7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of Commercial Computer 
  205. Software - Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.

  211. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly

  214. express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied 
  215. warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  
  216. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of this Software 
  217. Product remains with you. <p/>

  221. Should any part of this Agreement be declared void or unenforceable 
  222. by any court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall have 
  223. no effect on the remaining parts hereof. <p/></EULA>
