  1. License Agreement for the Video Server Plugin and Video Server Client Codecs

  3. USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS SUBJECT TO THE SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW.
  4. USING THE SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT
  5. ACCEPT THESE TERMS, YOU MUST DELETE THE SOFTWARE IMMEDIATELY. "Use" means
  6. storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying the software. You may not
  7. modify the software or disable any licensing or control features of the software
  8. or reverse engineer the software.
  9.  
  10. If you like this program, and find it of use, it is expected that you donate
  11. for my work to cover my expenses.  You may not use this product in a commercial
  12. environment without paying a license fee of $35.  Site licenses and commercial
  13. distribution licenses are available.  
  14.  
  15. If you are a registered user, you are entitled to use this key for your own use.
  16. You may not sell, rent or lease the software key to others without written 
  17. permission of the author. You may use only one copy of the software at one time. 
  18. You may not use this registered software on a network or on more than one
  19. computer at the same time without a license for "concurrent use".

  21. You must not give away your personal key. Doing so will result in an 
  22. infringement of copyright.  Videotools retains the right of claims for
  23. compensation in respect of damage which occurred by your giving away of the 
  24. personal key. This claim shall also extent to all costs which videotools incurs
  25. in defending ourselves.

  27. THE SOFTWARE IS WARRANTED IF AT ALL ONLY ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF THIS
  28. LICENSING AGREEMENT. EXCEPT AS WARRANTED HEREIN, VIDEOTOOLS HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL 
  29. WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED
  30. WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, 
  31. TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

  33. Note:
  34. This license agreement does NOT cover external software that maybe included
  35. inside the distribution of the Video Server Plugin. Programs like bbmpeg,
  36. Pulldown.exe and wav2mp.exe are freeware programs.
