  3.   rates.  The scenario was: two apps, one loads up fast and one slow.
  4.     The fast one starts the game and moves a piece.  The second is still 
  5.     loading pieces and receives the move_object packet but can't find
  6.     the piece since it has not yet loaded it up yet; thus ignoring the
  7.     packet.
