  7.         UPLOADER allows you to automatically update the Uploader name
  8.         and optionaly the D/L count in the records contained in one HDR
  9.         file, or all HDR files.

  14.         Search and Replace: Update only records containing the name you
  15.         specifiy.

  17.         Replace Blank Uploader field.

  19.         You can also BLANK OUT the Uploader field if you wish.

  23.         Includes LISTREC, a utility to list the HDR files to the screen
