  4.  this distribution archive (Dinfavt4.Zip) was compressed with PKZIP 1.10's

  7.  if the system in which you received the DINFOAVT 4 files from decided to
  8.  reprocess the archive <sigh> to another compression method, you are hereby
  9.  advised that you *may not* have received unmodified files direct from me.

  11.  since the Dinfoavt archive is NOT that large, i ask that you may NOT
  12.  reprocess it, so that the SysOp has the benefit of getting the original
  13.  distribution archive.  i feel this is a small request for a FREE program
  14.  from me.  the Dinfavt4.Zip file MUST be as stated below.  You may NOT
  15.  modify, add to or remove any files from the original list, period.
