  6. Ingredients
  7. 40-50 Large Capped Fresh Mushrooms
  8. 1/2 cup Progresso Italian Breadcrumbs
  9. 1/4 lb Bacon
  10.  
  11.  
  12.      Wash mushrooms and carefully remove the stems from
  13.      the center of the caps. 
  14.  
  15.      Place the caps into a suitable flat baking pan with hole
  16.      from the stem up.
  17.  
  18.      Fry the bacon until it is crunchy.
  19.  
  20.      Chop the stems from the mushrooms very finely with a
  21.      chopper.
  22.  
  23.      In a large bowl mix the chopped stems, 1/2 cup
  24.      breadcrumbs, and fried bacon (including the bacon
  25.      grease for flavor).
  26.  
  27.      Fill each cap until heaped with the stuffing mixture.
  28.  
  29.      Heat in microwave or oven until hot.
