  1. This file contains 1040 recipies for Meal Master v 6.41.
  2. To load import these recipes simply do the following
  3. Start Meal Master (not included) go to UTILITIES and then select IMPORT
  4. Then enter the file name EXPORT.MMF and then when the menu comes up select 
  5. "D". Menu Master then will check for duplicat recipies and automatically
  6. add those that aren't duplicates.
