  2. 1 NOTE This File contains a list of all the submitters, or in other words
  3. 2 CONT the people who contributed the GEDCOM files to the InstaRel
  4. 2 CONT database.  The tag called "NUMBER" shows the number of submitters.
  5. 2 CONT The source record is stored exactly the way it was found from the
  6. 2 CONT GEDCOM file.
  7. 2 CONT There should be a large amount of space between the two /'s in the
  8. 2 CONT Value field of the NUMBER tag so that a new number can replace the
  9. 2 CONT old one as submitters are added or deleted.
