  1.                 shortbread chocolate chip cookies

  4. 2 c. butter
  5. 2 c. powdered sugar
  6. 2 T. VANILLA
  7.  
  8. 1/2 t. salt
  9. 4-1/2 c. flour
  10. 12 oz. chocolate chipsMix in order given.  Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. 
  11. Can be sprinkled with 3 tablespoons powdered sugar stirred
  12. through strainer.  Makes about 90 small cookies at 90 calories
  13. each.
