  1.                             POPOVERS

  4. 1 c. milk
  5. 1/2 t. salt
  6. 1/4 c. butter
  7.  
  8. 1 c. flour (may be whole
  9.     wheat)
  10. 3 eggsBring milk, salt and butter to boil, stirring.  Add flour
  11. all at once.  Stir until dough forms ball.  Cool slightly by
  12. putting in mixing bowl.  Add eggs one at a time, beating each in
  13. well.  Divide into 12 muffin cups while dough is still warm. 
  14. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.  Do not open oven until
  15. last 5 minutes.
