MOCHA CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
3 oz. softened cream cheese
3 T. hot water
1/2 t. instant coffee
2 envelopes choco-bake
dash salt
3 c. sifted powdered sugarBeat first 3 ingredients until creamy. Add choco-bake and
salt. Gradually beat in powdered sugar. Continue beating until
thick enough to spread. Enough for a 9 x 13 cake. Makes 1-1/2
cups.
