  1.                       KATHI'S ENCHILADA PIE

  4. 1 lb. ground beef
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. 1 t. salt
  7. 1/4 t. pepper
  8. 1 T. chili powder
  9.  
  10. 8 oz. tomato sauce
  11. 2 c. grated cheese
  12. 6 corn tortillas
  13. 1/2 c. waterSpread butter on one side of tortillas.  Cook meat with next
  14. 5 ingredients.  Spread sauce in 8 x 10 pan, then layer of
  15. tortillas, more sauce and cheese, tortillas, and the remaining
  16. sauce and cheese.  Pour water over enchiladas.  Bake at 400
  17. degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
