  1.             hot turkey salad with orange vinaigrette

  3.  
  4. 1 lb. honey roasted turkey
  5.     breast
  6. 8 c. torn mixed greens
  7. 4 chopped green onions
  8. 1 red bell pepper, cut into
  9.     rings
  10.  
  11. Dressing:
  12.  
  13. 1/2 c. orange juice
  14. 1/4 c. oil
  15. 1 T. red wine vinegar
  16.  
  17. 1 c. fresh pineapple or
  18.     1 8 oz. can chunks
  19. 1/2 c. dried banana chips
  20.     (opt.)
  21.

  26. 1/4 t. cumin
  27. 1/4 t. garlic powder
  28. 1/4 t. black pepperCut turkey into thin strips.  Arrange remaining salad
  29. ingredients on four plates.  Heat dressing ingredients until
  30. boiling.  Add turkey.  Heat and stir about 5 minutes.  Spoon over
  31. salad just before serving.  Sprinkle with banana chips if
  32. desired.  Makes 4 servings.
