  1.                    CHEESY FRUIT AND NUT SPREAD

  4. 3 T. honey
  5. 1 T. apple brandy or orange
  6.     juice

  8. 8 oz. softened cream cheese
  9. 1/2 c. chopped dried apples
  10. 1/4 c. toasted chopped pecansGradually add honey and brandy to cream cheese.  Stir in
  11. apples and pecans.  Cover and chill.  Serve with apple and bear
  12. slices and assorted crackers.  Makes 1-3/4 cups.
