  1.                         BANANA MOCHA BARS

  4. 2 bananas
  5. 1 T. instant coffee powder
  6. 1/2 c. butter
  7. 1-1/2 c. brown sugar
  8. 2 eggs
  9.  
  10. 1 T. vanilla
  11. 2 c. flour
  12. 2 t. baking powder
  13. 1 c. chopped pecans
  14. 1 c. chocolate chipsBlend coffee and bananas.  Cream butter with sugar, beat in
  15. eggs and vanilla.  Beat in dry ingredients alternately with
  16. banana mixture.  Stir in nuts and chocolate.  Spread batter into
  17. greased 9 x 13 pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.  Makes
  18. 24 bars.
