  1.                          RASPBERRY SAUCE

  4. 1 c. fresh or frozen raspberries
  5. 1/2 c. water
  6. 2 to 4 T. sugar
  7.  
  8.           Puree raspberries.  Combine with remaining ingredients
  9. in saucepan and heat to boiling.  Simmer about 30 minutes, until
  10. reduced to 3/4 cup.  Strain, cool, and chill.
