  5. 1-1/2 c. chicken broth
  6. 3/4 c. bulgur
  7. cayenne
  8. 1 t. lemon rind
  9. salt and white pepper
  10.  
  11.           Stir bulgur, cayenne, and rind into boiling broth. 
  12. Simmer covered about 15 minutes.  Fluff with fork and season. 
  13. Makes 2 servings.  Good with sauteed chicken with basil and mint.
