  1.        HONEYDEW AND CHEESE SALAD WITH RASPBERRY MAYONNAISE

  4. 1 c. fresh strawberries, hulled
  5. 1 small cantaloupe, cut into cubes or balls
  6. 1 red delicious apple, sliced
  7. 1/4 lb. fontina cheese, cubed
  8. 1/4 lb. mild cheddar, cubed
  9. 1/4 lb. havarti, cubed
  10. 2 honeydews, halved
  11. 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  12. 1/2 c. pureed frozen raspberries
  13. 1 t. lemon juice
  14. 1/4 c. pumpkin seeds, opt.
  15.  
  16.           Combine fruits and cheese and spoon into honeydew
  17. halves.  Mix mayo with raspberries and juice.  Drizzle over fruit
  18. and sprinkle with seeds.  Makes 4 servings.
