  1.              GRILLED TURKEY BREAST WITH CHIVE BUTTER

  4. 4 turkey breast steaks (1-1/2 lbs.)
  5. salt and pepper to taste
  6. 2 T. olive oil
  7. 2 T. fresh sage (2 t. dried)
  8. 1/4 c. butter
  9. 1 T. lemon juice
  10. 1/4 t. ground cumin
  11. 1 t. Worcestershire cause
  12. 1/4 c. chopped chives
  13.  
  14.           Pound steaks about 1/4 inch thick.  Brush with oil and
  15. season with salt, pepper, and sage.  Melt butter and add
  16. remaining ingredients.  Grill steaks over hot coals about 2
  17. minutes per side.  Pour butter over and serve.
