  1.                         BASIC MAYONNAISE

  4. 1 large egg yolk, room temperature
  5. 1 T. dijon
  6. 1/4 t. salt
  7. dash hot red pepper sauce
  8. 1 c. oil
  9. 1 t. fresh lemon juice
  10.  
  11.           Blend first four ingredients.  Beat oil in by drops
  12. until mixture starts to thicken.  Then gradually increase amount. 
  13. Blend in lemon juice last.
