  14. COUNT.EXE is called with the following syntax "COUNT ##" where ## is the
  15. number of iterations desired.  COUNT.EXE manipulates the CALLCOUNT
  16. environmental variable, incrementing the numeric value of CALLCOUNT for
  17. each invocation.  When the desired number of attempts is reached,
  18. CALLCOUNT is set to FAIL.
