  7.         USEMGR is a new and powerful system for managing hard disks.
  8.         For the first time, you can automatically determine which files
  9.         your system accesses frequently, which it seldom uses, and which
  10.         are just cluttering up your hard disks.  This capability will
  11.         help you regain control of your hard disks, and help you sort
  12.         out the files you really use from among the myriad of files that
  13.         modern applications like WINDOWS or EXCEL install, willy-nilly,
  14.         on your hard disk.

  16.         USEMGR provides support for deleting, archiving or backing up
  17.         files that you don't need to have easily available based on a
  18.         certain knowledge of how many times each file has been accessed
  19.         and when the last access occurred.

  21.         USEMGR is completely menu-driven.  Filter the file display by
  22.         your own criteria, including file name (With extended DOS
  23.         wildcards), date, size, and file usage statistics.  Date and
  24.         time are displayed properly in international format according to
  25.         your country code.
