  7.     This BBS archive contains seven files: READ.ME; IMP9304.ZIP, SHOW.EXE, 
  8. PRNTFILE.BAT, PR.EXE, PR.TXT & UNZIP.TXT.  Sysops, PLEASE DO NOT reZIP or 
  9. alter the ZIP file.  It is -AV authenticated (only PKUNZIP 1.1 will verify 
  10. this) & it's reason for being in a ZIP file format is to support distribution 
  11. of the ZIP file, which only contains compressed ASCII textfiles, to non-MSDOS 
  12. computers, all of which have unzip utilities.  (The files outside of 
  13. IMP9304.ZIP aren't needed on non-MSDOS computers.) If you do not already have 
  14. an UNZIP utility for your non-MS-DOS computer, then read the file, UNZIP.TXT.  
  15. The freeware distribution terms of this copyrighted magazine are provided in 
  16. IMPR_BY.TXT in the ZIP file.

  18. Hillsdale College known for its defense of free market principles & Western 
  19. culture & its nearly 150-year refusal to accept federal funds. 
  20.     After unzipping IMP9304.ZIP, type:  DIR *.TXT & press ENTER to get a 
  21. list of files to read.  To read any & all of the files, type: SHOW file.TXT, 
  22. where "file" is one of the DIR-displayed filenames.  To print any desired 
  23. file, exit SHOW (via the ESC key) and type: PRNTFILE FILENAME & press ENTER.
