  1. This file contains instructions for installing Etcetera on your hard drive.
  2.  
  3.         1. If you have not created an EtCetera directory do so now.
  4.  
  5.         2. Once the EtCetera directory has been created on your hard drive,
  6.         decompress the self-extracting ETC130.exe file into that directory.
  7.  
  8.         3. There are two DLL files contained in ETC130.EXE. If you discover
  9.         that either of these files are missing from your Windows "System" 
  10.     directory, copy or move both DLL files into that directory.
  11.  
  12.         4. Read the ETCNEW.txt, ETC386.txt file for further instructions and
  13.     information on this powerful program.
