Harvard Graphics
for Windows
by Tony Curro
Harvard Graphics for Windows is a program, that anyone who does
presentations should not be without. The current release for Windows
has taken HG to another level.
You have 88 chart layouts to choose from. You can enter or import
data, and create many charts for one presentation. All charts are
stored in one presentation file, so all your data is kept together.
There are 54 professionally designed presentation styles. You can
change the look of all the slides in one step, by applying a
presentation style.
Full installation requires about 18MB of hard disk space. The
process is simple and will place your icons in the group of your
choice upon completion.
There are three ways to work in Harvard Graphics for Windows:
The Outliner - Allows you to organize your thoughts.
The Slide Editor - This is the default screen when you open, or
create a presentation. It is where most of your work in HG is done.
The Slide Sorter - Here you arrange your slides in the order you
want.
Changing and moving information is very simple, and is done quickly
using the mouse. You can send your completed data to a printer or
plotter.
One of the manuals: Symbols, Palettes, and Presentation Styles, is
60+ pages containing the over 500 symbols, 13 palettes and 54
presentation styles included in Harvard Graphics for Windows. This
is an easy way to find exactly what you are looking for. And, with
context-sensitive help, you are never at a loss about what to do.
