  8.                 AST PREMIUM EXEC 386 AND HEALTHDYNE SOFTWARE

  11. PROBLEM:       When the Healthdyne database software accesses the math co-
  12.                processor in a Premium Exec 386/SX-20 the following error
  13.                message "Stack Frame Error" displays and then returns to a dos
  14.                prompt.

  16. AFFECTED
  17. SYSTEMS:       Premium Exec 386/SX-20 and Premium Exec 386SX-25
  18.  
  19. CAUSE:         The software when started with a batch file "GO 1" mis-
  20.                identifies the L.C.D. screen and the environment created is
  21.                incorrect.  The correct environment is created by the software
  22.                if the screen is identified as color CGA, EGA, or VGA display.
  23.  
  24. SOLUTION:      Revision "B" of the software has been released by Healthdyne
  25.                that detects the display attached thereby correcting the above
  26.                problem.  A temporary solution is to start the program with
  27.                the "GO 2" batch file, which identifies the screen as a VGA
  28.                display.
