  8.                             REMM.SYS VERSION 4.50
  9.

  11. The following incompatibilities and hardware conflicts can be resolved
  12. through the use of REMM.SYS version 4.50 (or later):
  13.  
  14.     - The application "SAS" (version 6.03), which is a statistical package,
  15.       cannot access expanded memory.
  16.  
  17.     - A conflict between REMM.SYS and a NEC GB-1 video adapter.  Data errors
  18.       occur while REMM.SYS is initializing memory if both are installed in
  19.       the system.
  20.  
  21.     - In a system which has a Hercules Plus card installed, WordPerfect does
  22.       not work correctly when REMM.SYS is present.  The symptom exhibited is
  23.       that there is no cursor present on the screen when WordPerfect is
  24.       executed.
  25.  
  26.     - A word processing program from SAMNA does not operate when REMM.SYS is
  27.       installed.  The system locks up as the word processor is executed.
  28.  
  29.     - With a Video Seven "VRAM" VGA adapter installed in the system, REMM.SYS
  30.       would generate the error message "NO Logical Memory Pages Found", then
  31.       abort.

  33.       NOTE:  The Video Seven adapter runs in 16 bit mode, so the parameter
  34.              "/M=5F" should be added to the REMM.SYS command line in the
  35.              CONFIG.SYS file.
