  5. So many times we hear (AMATEUR) Radio Operator and a nice (HOBBY) to
  6. be in.  Well, let me tell ya, we are more than Amateurs.  We are
  7. HAMS!! and as Hams it is more than a hobby.  Our main objective is to
  8. promote Good Will with other countries.  So remember the next time
  9. asked, forget the words, AMATEUR and HOBBY.  Tell them you are a HAM
  10. and PROUD of it.

  100.  
  101. Eritrea.  Norwegian Expedition to Asmara will take place 31 May to 9
  102. June.  Setting up a Club station and on the air operation.  This one
  103. is expected to reappear on the DXCC Countries list shortly.  No call
  104. mentioned at this time.

  106. Libya, 5A.  Romeo announced that the licensing had been taken care of.
  107. The antennas are ready, awaiting few more pieces of equipment before
  108. commencing operation, which could take place as early as the end of
  109. this week.  No callsign mentioned.  RTTY?
  110.  
  111. Tunisia, 3V.  Romeo also said that this DXpedition will be postponed
  112. until August, to allow for better propogation.  This will become a
  113. Multi-National undertaking, with a total of 16 operators for 10 days,
  114. ALL Bands, Modes, including RTTY.

  116. Somalia, T5.  KF6BL/T5, reported last week as rejected by the ARRL
  117. DXCC desk, due to lack of Documentation, is now good.
