  208.  begin a new contest.  A new log
  209.  is created and the QSO, Section
  210.  and Country counters are reset

  214.  FIELD.OLD and the QSO count,
  215.  time and other values are saved
  216.  in OPTFD.OLD.  If these files
  217.  already exist, you are prompted
