  7.   To install this program, just dearchive all the files into a directory.
  8.   If you want to be able to use the program from anywhere, just add that
  9. directory to your PATH statement.

  26. detection of leap years.

  28.   For those who don't know, over a span of four hundred years, there are
  29. only 97 leap years... Not 100. The years which are divisable by 100 but
  30. not divisable by 400 are NOT leap years... Fixed.
