  45.   - Determine the number of PC's which will execute RTDMON.
  46.   - Fill out the order form. Remember, if you order for more than 1 PC,
  47.     you get a discount!
  48.   - Make certain your name is printed carefully on the form.
  49.     Registered versions of RTDMON are personalized.
  50.   - One Original disk is included in the registration. If you require more
  51.     Original disks, indicate it on the order form.
  52.   - Both your name, and the number of PC's you are licensing will be included
  53.     within your own personalized registered RTDMON.
  54.   - Make out a check or money order to:  (USA and Canadian Orders ONLY)
