  7. Steps to follow:

  9.  1) tune to the freq you want to monitor and turn on the code squelch
  10.  
  11.  2) press Function-Page(Code) to select a code memory
  12.  
  13.  3) dial up to memory #7
  14.  
  15.  4) watch the dtmf's scroll by as they are heard by the radio!
  16.  
  17. This is no feat of magic, the book says that the radio stores the last
  18. three dtmf's heard in memory 7, but is doesn't say it updates them in
  19. real time.  Or that they scroll...
