  4.              Use the cursor keys to scroll the text.

  6. * <RETURN>  Edit current menu entry
  7.  
  8.            In editmode there is a helpline at the bottom of the
  9.            screen. Additional there are some "short-keys" to
  10.            jump quickly to an edit-field:
  11.  
  12.                        ALT+D Displaystring
  13.                        ALT+A DataString
  14.                        ALT+T Menutype
  15.                        ALT+S Security-Level
  16.                        ALT+K Key
  17.                        ALT+C Color-Settings
  18.                        ALT+F Flag-Settings
  19.  
  20. * ALT + H   This helptext
  21.  
  22. * ALT + I   Insert entry at cursorposition
  23.  
  24. * ALT + A   Append entry to the end of the menu
  25.  
  26. * ALT + D   Delete entry at cursorposition
  27.  
  28. * ALT + J   Jump to DOS
  29.  
  30. * ALT + K   Key-Menu / Editing,Deleting,Adding Keys

  32.            Here you can edit the keys which are supported
  33.            by SuperBBS (e.g. ^KV etc...)

  35. * ALT + F   Flag-Menu / Change the Flagdescriptions

  37.            SEDIT gives you the possibility to describe each
  38.            Flag preciosly. Here you can define the descriptions
  39.  
  40. * ALT + E   Edit ASC/ANS file with external editors

  42.            Edit a ASCII or ANSI File. All Files in the
  43.            TextPath-statement in the SEDIT.CTL file
  44.            will be displayed.

  46. * ALT + P   Edit Prompt and Hilight-Colors
  47.  
  48.            Edit the Prompt and the HighliteColors for
  49.            the actual menu. The HighliteColors are processed
  50.            if you put a text in the DIsplayString into two
  51.            "^". for example :  [^D^] Download
  52.  
  53. * ALT + T   Change the Prompt in all Menus
  54.  
  55.            Let you change your prompt in all menus. This makes
  56.            your menus looking more professional.

  58. * ALT + B   Change Security and Flags in the whole menu
  59.  
  60.            Set or delete certain flags and update security in all
  61.            menu entries.

  63. * ALT + N   Change Name of actual Menu
  64.  
  65.            Give the actual menu a new name. just a "save as"
  66.            feature.

  68. * ALT + M   Edit the default menu entry
  69.  
  70.            Everytime youn insert or append an entry to your menu
  71.            this default menuentry will be used.

  73. * ALT + S   Define and save a block in SEDIT homedirectory
  74.  
  75.            Defines and saves a number of menuentries to disk.
  76.            quite usefull, if you want to put a header on top
  77.            of each menu.

  79. * ALT + L   Load a block and insert at cursorposition
  80.  
  81.            Loads and inserts a previous saved block at 
  82.            cursorposition.

  84. * ALT + C   Copy an entry to a new destination
  85.  
  86.            Copies a single entry to a new position.
  87.            You can insert or replace the entry.

  89. * ALT + U   Compiles an ANSI-File in the SEDIT homedirectory to
  90.  
  91.            a SEDIT (.BLK) File. Just try it out, you will see,
  92.            it's quite usefull.

  94. * ALT + V   Preview aktual menu

  96.            Let's you take a Preview of the actual menu. Auto-
  97.            displaying ANSI-Files and the INCLUDE1.MNU function
  98.            of SuperBBS are supported.

  100. * ALT + G   View a menu by textlines an print out specific parts
  101.  
  102.            Was only used for debugging purposes.

  104. * F2        Saves the Menu / Should be selfexplaining ;-)

  107. * F5        Toggle the HelpText-Display of empty entries !

  109.            If you're in DisplayLines mode, and the EditText
  110.            function is disabled, SEDIT will show you some
  111.            helpfull notes about the current menu-entry.
  112.            The ehlp is only displayed, if the textstring
  113.            of the entry is empty, or contains only a ";" char!

  116. * F7        Toggle EditText-Mode ON/OFF
  117.  
  118.            In Editmode you can scroll around with the cursor and
  119.            edit the Displaystrings for the different entries.
  120.            With F7 you can toggle this mode (remind! ind EditText-
  121.            Mode there is no Color-Display !)

  123. * F8        Linenumbers on/off
  124.  
  125.            Toggles the WYSIWYG Mode and the Linenumbermode.

  127. * F9        Toggle JumpEntry/JumpMenu mode
  128.  
  129.            JumpEntryMode : Pressing a Key will jump to the
  130.                            entry in which this key is defined
  131.            JumpMenuMode  : Jumps to the Menu which is defined
  132.                            by the key you pressed
  133.            In Linenumbermode you can see a ">" instead of a ":"
  134.            after the linenumber. This means, that this entry is
  135.            a Goto/Gosub Entry. Move the cursor on it and press
  136.            TAB will jump to the new menu.
  137.  
  138. * F10       Start menustructure simulation
  139.  
  140.            Starts a Simulation of your menustructure. You can move
  141.            across your menus and look at your work. 
  142.            In Simulation: F1  = Change simulation settings
