  3. Since you are reading this file, I will assume that you have just
  4. recieved a copy of this LEM from some source and are looking at it
  5. to see if it will work for you.  If this is the case, then GREAT!!
  6. that's exactly why I encourage people (including you) to copy it
  7. and spread it around.
  8.  
  9. As long as you are looking or just keeping it around "just in
  10. case," you don't need to send me any money....  but if you use it
  11. in any program, other than to just see if the LEM will work for
  12. you, (and you know what I mean by looking...  no fair "evaluating"
  13. the LEM for months and months by using it in a software package...)
  14. you need to send me the appropriate funds as specified below.

  16. If you are using the package in ONE PROGRAM in ONE COMPUTER you can
  17. get by with just sending me $9.95.  This will help me to continue
  18. to be able to supply software to people like you.

  20. If you want to use it in more than one program, or include it in
  21. a program you are selling or making multiple copies (running on
  22. more than one computer) then you can puchase an "unlimited license
  23. agreement" from me for $25.  This will allow you to use the program
  24. in any way that you want.

  26. Source code for the LEM is avalable by sending a blank floppy
  27. diskette (5 1/4") and a postage paid return mailer, along with
  28. $5.00 to the address below.  To get the source code, you MUST be
  29. a unlimited license holder.

  31. Current versions of this LEM will be available on the Clarion BBS
  32. (TEL# 305-785-9172) and on the CloneBoard BBS (TEL# 805-527-8704)
  33. as they are released.  Alternately, you can recieve a current
  34. version of the LEM by sending a blank diskette (5 1/4 please!) and
  35. postage paid mailer to the address below.
