  1. IMPORTANT WARRANTY INFORMATION

  3. TRIAL USE (SHAREWARE EVALUATION VERSION) WARRANTY:

  5. The shareware evaluation (trial use) version is provided AS IS. 
  6. SPECTRA COMPUTER SERVICES makes no warranty of any kind, expressed
  7. or implied, including without limitation, any warranties of
  8. merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose.

  11. REGISTERED VERSION ONLY WARRANTY:
  12.  
  13. SPECTRA COMPUTER SERVICES warrants the physical diskette(s) and
  14. physical documentation provided with registered versions to be free
  15. of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety days
  16. from the date of registration.  If SPECTRA COMPUTER SERVICES
  17. receives notification within the warranty period of defects in
  18. materials or workmanship, and such notification is determined by
  19. SPECTRA COMPUTER SERVICES to be correct, SPECTRA COMPUTER SERVICES
  20. will replace the defective diskette(s) or documentation.

  22. The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this
  23. Limited Warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective
  24. diskette(s) or documentation and shall not include damages,
  25. including but not limited to, loss of profit, data, or use of the
  26. software, or special, incidental,or consequential damages or other
  27. similar claims, even if SPECTRA COMPUTER SERVICES has been
  28. specifically advised of the possibility of such damages.  In no
  29. event will SPECTRA COMPUTER SERVICES liability for any damages to
  30. you or any other person ever exceed the lower of suggested list
  31. price or actual price paid for the license to use the software,
  32. regardless of any form of the claim.

  34. SPECTRA COMPUTER SERVICES specifically disclaims all other
  35. warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, any
  36. implied warranty of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular
  37. purpose.
