  5.    CALL-BACK 4.02 is designed for registered use only.  You may use
  6.   C-B400.ARJ  (version 4.00) as FREEWARE.

  9.   means feel free to try it out.  All features will function normally
  10.   however the actual changes to the USER FLAGS and USER SECURITY will
  11.   not be made.

  13.    Version 4.00 will make these changes but many of the features found
  14.   in this version are not supported in version 4.00.
