  7. A number of sysops who receive DTPBBSxx.ZIP on a regular basis have pointed out
  8. the value of posting this list as a bulletin available to all. The reasons for
  9. this are basic:
  10.  
  11. First is that it is a service to the user. Second, the number of folks getting
  12. involved in BBSing is increasing dramatically. This means a number of new
  13. users. While many of them may want to use this list (or others like it), they
  14. have problems. Some have yet to learn the ins and outs of downloading; others
  15. haven't got their zip utilities yet, so they can't deal with zipped files; and
  16. so on.

  18. Not being a sysop myself, I hadn't really thought about this before. Obviously,
  19. whether you choose to post this list or any other is entirely up to you, but I
  20. feel it's worth your consideration.
