  3.       We  welcome you  to this  sixth   issue  of A-CHAT Magazine!  These
  4.       instructions,  as  well  as  the  program  presenting A-CHAT, were
  5.       developed for people who don't  like to read instructions. It will
  6.       be helpful to  you and make your reading  of A-CHAT more enjoyable
  7.       if you will spend about 2 minutes reading the following.

  9.       INSTALLATION
  10.  
  11.       The ACHAT302.ZIP  file contains this file,  which is available for
  12.       you to read files and program necessary to view the A-CHAT magazine.
  13.       ACHAT302.ZIP file be moved  to its  own ACHAT directory  before it  
  14.       is unzipped.  You may  keep multiple months' copies in that same 
  15.       directory if you wish to refer to back copies. After unzipping the 
  16.       files, your installation is complete.

  18.       READING A-CHAT
  19.  
  20.       Type A-CHAT  [Enter] at the DOS  prompt, and you are  on your way.
  21.       The program presents menus that allow  you to read all sections of
  22.       the magazine in sequence, or  only selected sections, all items in
  23.       a section  in  sequence,  or  only  selected  items  from within a
  24.       section. An article titled, "How  To Read A-CHAT," is presented in
  25.       the  first section  of the  magazine. You  may want  to read  this
  26.       article in order to become more familiar with the mechanics.

  28.       NAMING CONVENTIONS
  29.  
  30.       The file  names used with  A-CHAT indicate the  date of the  issue
  31.       involved.  The last  three numbers in the file  name deisgnate the
  32.       last  digit of  the year  and the  two digits  of the month. Thus,
  33.       ACHAT209  is  for  September,  1992.  Subsequent  issues  will  be
  34.       similarly named.

  38.       If you like A-CHAT, spread the  word. Tell your friends; tell your
  39.       neighbors; tell your SysOp. And if  you would like to submit some-
  40.       thing  to   appear  in  future   issues,  instructions  for   such
  41.       submissions are included in the magazine. READ AND ENJOY A-CHAT!
