  17. 1. Download the latest version of the software from 
  18. http://www.islandnet.com/~rintoul

  20. 2. Arrange for an account on and FTP server.

  22. 3. Unzip this archive into a temporary directory
  23.  
  24. 4. Run icwibu.exe 
  25.  
  26. 5. Follow the resulting on-line instructions.

  47. Island CodeWorks Internet Backup  is distributed as shareware. Although 
  48. commercial distribution is restricted, you may freely, and are encouraged 
  49. to, give copies of this shareware to your friends. If after trying the 
  50. program out for 30 days, you must register your software. When you register, 
  51. You will receive the most recent version of Island CodeWorks Internet 
  52. Backup on diskette that will.
