  1. Demo License Agreement 
  2.  
  3. IMPORTANT-- READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING IN ANY WAY THE SOFTWARE. By opening the sealed
  4. packet(s) containing the software, installing, copying or otherwise using the software, you indicate your
  5. acceptance of the following MWC License Agreement ("Agreement").

  7.                            MWC LICENSE AGREEMENT
  8.  
  9. This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and MWC Inc.. By opening the sealed
  10. software packet(s), installing, copying or otherwise using the software you are agreeing to be bound by the
  11. terms of this agreement.

  13.                             MWC SOFTWARE LICENSE
  14.  
  15. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This License Agreement permits you to use ONE COPY of the enclosed MWC
  16. software program (the "SOFTWARE") within 30 days for evaluation purposes only.
  17.  
  18. 2. COPYRIGHT. The SOFTWARE is owned by MWC or its suppliers and is protected by United States
  19. copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE like any other
  20. copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording).

  22. 3. OTHER RESTRICTIONS. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE.

  24.                               LIMITED WARRANTY
  25.  
  26. LIMITED WARRANTY. MWC warrants that (a) the SOFTWARE will perform substantially in accordance with
  27. the accompanying materials for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. Any implied warranties on
  28. the SOFTWARE are limited to thirty (30) days. Some states/jurisdictions do not allow limitations on duration of
  29. an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

  31. NO OTHER WARRANTIES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MWC and its suppliers
  32. disclaim all other warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of
  33. merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the SOFTWARE, the accompanying written
  34. materials, and any accompanying hardware. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have
  35. others which vary from state/jurisdiction to state/jurisdiction.

  37. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no
  38. event shall MWC or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including without limitation, damages
  39. for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss)
  40. arising out of the use of or inability to use this MWC product, even if MWC has been advised of the possibility
  41. of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for
  42. consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
