Welcome to the shareware version of Bio-Rhythms a program that calculates your personal bio-rythms. As well as calculating bio-rhythms, this program also calculates your day of birth and your age in days.

- Bio-Rhythms|Birthday Calendar was added to give a graphic display of all the birthdays stored in the database. Clicking on a highlighted birthday brings up the bio-rhythm for that person. Right-clicking on the calendar, brings up the New/Bio-Rhythm screen.
- Bio-Rhythms|Backup Birthdays was added to back up and purge all deleted names and birthdays from the database.
- Bio-Rhythms|Restore Birthdays was added to retore a cleaned up database.
- Double-clicking on the name and birthday list brings up the Edit/Bio-Rhythms screen.
