  17. Archive Manager is distributed as Shareware.  It is
  18. not free, freeware, or in the public domain.  You may use Archive
  19. Manager for a trial period of thirty days, at no cost to
  20. you, to determine if it fits your needs.  If you decide to use Archive
  21. Manager regularly, you are expected to register it and
  22. pay the applicable registration fee.  Individual copies of the
  23. unregistered version of Archive Manager may be given to
  24. your friends and associates for the same thirty day free trial period.
  25. You may also upload Archive Manager to the public section
  26. of a public BBS.

  28. You may not modify or dis-assemble Archive Manager, nor
  29. distribute any modified or dis-assembled versions of Archive Manager.
  30. Archive Manager may not be included with any other product without
  31. written permission from VacNat Software.

  33. Registered copies of Archive Manager can be used on more
  34. than one computer at a time as long as no more than one of these
  35. computers is running Archive Manager at the same time.
  36. You may make backup copies of Archive Manager as necessary
  37. for archival purposes only.

  39. U.S.  Government RESTRICTED RIGHTS:  Use, duplication, or disclosure
  40. by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in
  41. subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer
