  1. DEMO LICENSE AGREEMENT
  2. This software is protected by both United States copyright law and
  3. international treaty provisions. All users wishing to try this demo
  4. program must agree to the following terms and conditions before using
  5. it.

  7. You are granted a limited license to use this demo version for
  8. evaluation purposes until its expiration date. After the expiration
  9. date, you must purchase the program if you wish to continue to use it.

  11. You are allowed to distribute this demo to others, provided that it is
  12. distributed in its entirety with no modifications, you don't charge
  13. anything for it and you make it clear that it is a demo version.

  15. If you unlock your demo version or buy the unrestricted version, it
  16. must be treated according to the standard License Agreement which,
  17. among other things, means it cannot be distributed to others.

  19. LIMITED WARRANTY
  20. Micro System Designs does not warrant that the functions contained in
  21. this program will meet your requirements or that the program operation
  22. will be uninterrupted or error free.

  24. Micro System Designs specifically disclaims all warranties, expressed
  25. or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of fitness
  26. for any particular purpose and of merchantability.

  28. In no event will Micro System Designs be liable to you for any
  29. damages, including but not limited to any lost profits, lost savings,
  30. commercial damage or other incidental or consequential damages arising
  31. out of the use or inability to use this program, or for any claim by
  32. any other party.

  34. GOVERNING LAW
  35. These statements shall be construed, interpreted, and governed by the
  36. laws of the state of California. You agree that this is the complete
  37. and exclusive statement of this agreement which supersedes any prior
  38. agreement or other communication between us on this subject.
