  3. Hello !
  4. MP3NetShell is an automatic MP3 Encoder Shell. Once started it will wait
  5. until WAVes are copied/created in the current directory (via network
  6. for example). When there are some (with a filelength>0) the 
  7. external MP3 encoder software will be launched automatically 
  8. with the parameters:
  9.  
  10. L3ENC <name>.WAV <name>.MP3 -hq -crc
  11.  
  12. This will tell the encoder to compress the wavefile at high quality (-hq)
  13. with crc-checking enabled (-crc). Please note:
  14.  
  15. - THE MP3 ENCODER SOFTWARE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THIS PACKAGE.
  16. - PLEASE DON'T ASK ME WHERE TO GET IT !
  17. - YOU ARE USING THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK
  18.  
  19. If there are errors while encoding the MP3-File and the return value
  20. of the encoder is != 0 the original WaveFile will only be renamed to
  21. <name>.WA_ to prevent the MP3NetShell from trying to encode it again.

  23. Install
  24. => simply right-click MP3NET.INF and select "Install"
  25.  
  26. Uninstall
  27. => Control-Panel => Software => "DC6JGK's MP3 NetShell V1.0" => Add/Remove
