  7.      pnmtoxwd - convert a portable anymap into an X11 window dump

  13.      Reads a portable anymap as input.  Produces an X11 window dump as output.
  14.      This window dump can be displayed using the xwud tool.

  16.      Normally, pnmtoxwd produces a StaticGray dump file for _p_b_m and _p_g_m files.
  17.      For  _p_p_m, it writes a PseudoColor dump file if there are up to 256 colors
  18.      in the input, and a DirectColor dump file  otherwise.   The  ---dddiiirrreeeccctttcccooolllooorrr
  19.      flag can be used to force a DirectColor dump.
