  14.      Reads a portable anymap as input.  Performs one or more flip  operations,
  15.      in the order specified, and writes out a portable anymap.

  20.      top  for  bottom  (-tttooopppbbbooottttttooommm  or  ---tttbbb); and transposition (-tttrrraaannnssspppooossseee or
  21.      ---xxxyyy).  In addition, some canned concatenations are available:   ---rrroootttaaattteee999000
  22.      or  ---ccccccwww  is  equivalent  to  ---tttrrraaannnssspppooossseee ---tttooopppbbbooottttttooommm; ---rrroootttaaattteee222777000 or ---cccwww is
